Thank you for your purchase! We are thrilled for you to receive your special One-Of-A-Kind treasure! We take great care in preparing every order before it sets off on its adventure to you and we want your treasures to arrive safely and swiftly. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time-these timelines will be noted in the product description. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays, even magical workshops must occasionally rest.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping in the USA! Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your jewel's journey home to you.
Incorrect shipping information
Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Signature Required
There will be an option for a signature required at checkout, or you can waive that service if you wish. We don't like porch pirates! We want to make sure you receive your One-of-a-kind treasure.
Domestic shipping
We happily ship your order for free in the USA partnering with trusted carriers to ensure your treasures arrive safely.
International shipping
We are not yet ready to send our creations to far-off kingdoms and distant lands! But we hope to offer shipping in the future.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want every treasure that leaves our castle workshop to bring you delight! Because of the nature of hand made jewelry please read the details below on our return policy.
Returns
If your treasure must journey back to our realm...
We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery, provided they are:
-unworn and unused
-in their original condition
-returned in their original packaging
-items being returned require a 30% of the purchase price as a restocking fee.
-Buyer to pay for shipping their return to our studio and supply a tracking number on return.
-once your return arrives safely and is inspected, we'll notify you and process your return according to your original
payment.
Custom made treasures
Some jewels are made especially for you at the fancy of your request. These custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, for they are one-of-a kind enchantments.
Return Shipping
Travelers are responsible for the cost of return shipping postage and tracking information back to our castle . Even magical parcels deserve a safe escort. and a 30% restocking fee applies to returns as well.
